How Much is it Worth is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to provide estimated valuations of items based on photos. The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Valuations are estimates and should not be considered as professional appraisals.

Valuation Disclaimer

The valuations provided by the App are AI-generated estimates based on available data and should not be relied upon for financial, legal, or insurance purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation. For important transactions, please consult a professional appraiser.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to:

• Commit fraud or deceive others based on valuations
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Use valuations as the sole basis for major financial decisions

Subscription and Payments

How Much is it Worth offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: Recurring weekly subscription
• Lifetime Plan: One-time purchase for permanent access

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Nico Melian and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any valuations or information obtained through the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nico Melian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App or reliance on valuations provided.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nico Melian from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
